his tour begins at the Plano Williams-Sonoma (SE quadrant of Park and Preston) at 9 a.m. where we’ll sip holiday beverages before hopping on the bus to explore ethnic markets for holiday foods and gifts. We’ll visit a Scandinavian food shop, a huge Asian market, and a shop that makes fresh tofu. We’ll sample Argentinean empanadas and Middle Eastern pastries, learn to make Turkish tea, and go behind the scenes to see how they make artisan gelato. For lunch we’ll feast on Hong Kong style dim sum. We’ll come back to Williams Sonoma for a knife skills demonstration and holiday food tasting. Plus, tour participants will receive 10% off all purchases made at the Plano Williams-Sonoma on the day of the tour.
